What is Legal Food Frenzy?

For two weeks each Spring, the legal community in Southwest Virginia comes together to support the Food Bank through Legal Food Frenzy.

Legal Food Frenzy – also known as LFF – is an annual fundraising competition created in partnership with the Virginia Attorney General, the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Virginia Bar Association, and the Federation of Virginia Food Banks. This campaign asks members of the legal community to form a team with their firm or interest group and contribute to fighting hunger in every corner of the region by donating, volunteering, and raising awareness for the issue of food insecurity in the commonwealth.

As part of a friendly competition, firms that have the largest impact for their region and beyond are recognized in an annual awards ceremony with the Virginia Office of the Attorney General. Since 2020, Legal Food Frenzy Participants have helped to raise over $200,000 for Feeding Southwest Virginia!
