SNAP provides food benefits to low-income families to supplement their grocery budget so they can afford the nutritious food essential to health and well-being.
If you or your family is having a hard time affording groceries, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in Virginia may be able to help. Formerly known as “food stamps,” these benefits help people stretch their food budgets.
